There is a time when i experience a complete abyss of human energy..
at the bottom of a stay of 40 days..
without sleep..
from type two atypical trigeminal neuralgia..
the worst pain known to mankind..
chronic during all waking hours..
and dysautonomia..
where my blood pressure and heart rate did not synch..
through the neurology of my brain…
And Sjogren’s
syndrome
where my eyes stopped
making
tears..
Along with 16 other documented medical
conditions..
My only relief is one hour of shallow sleep..

every time i even raised arms above my head…
