i am curious, so i watched ‘both Videos’ Regarding ‘this Version’ of the Kabbalah; i Agree of course, as
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy does, as Science Shows Our Thoughts are very much associated with how
We Feel in Life; As Human, We tend to remember what we Fear Most for Basic Survival that only makes sense;
However, in a World of Increasingly Illusory Fears that We Come to Create for ourselves together; like watching and
Reading All About the Negative Stuff that Happens in Life Repetitively as it comes by way of TV Still or Smart Phone;
That Just fills us more with Fears that Bring Negative Associated Stress Hormones that bring us down in Every way.
Of course, Word Think is one way to Navigate the World; but what may even be more Powerful is Visual Thinking
as Human Beings Are Evolved As Visual Thinkers Before Word thinkers, innately; as Written Language is a Cultural
Construct that We Develop after We Are Born with others of course.
Science Shows now that a Person can Just Visualize Exercising and actual Empirically Assessed Strength Gains Do come.
And Human Beings are Innately Born for Non-Verbal Language; where We Experience What We watch from Afar, even
on TV through Our Mirror Neuron System when functioning properly of course; And Even Our Postures are associated
with whether or not We Feel Naturally Powerful and Confident; or Weak and Fearful; associated with Introversion and Extroversion too; as that is malleable to some extent Environmentally Like this through Epigenetic Changes as well.
Fear Destroys most everything good in life; of course Fear also Protects us from Harm too; but the Illusory Fears
that comprise most Minds now; and sure the ones that are real and associated with all the ‘Cultural Complex
Clothes’ We continue to put on to Survive, do bring the ‘Common Human’ to an overall at least Vague Feeling
that the way Life is now is a way that is just not good enough for what might otherwise be; Less common that
People are actually Thriving now; even if they continue to ‘fake it’ until one day they actually make
it within; Of course, there are many Life Hacks, like ‘Power Poses’ to Help folks Eliminate Fear
From Life; Moving Meditation is one way surely that Science Shows will Regulate Emotions
and Integrate Senses; where as Science Shows our Emotions mostly come first before
any reasons come next; Regulate The Emotions and Integrate the Senses that are Naturally
Associated with Emotions and Rationality Works Much better when we are not Bathed With Stress Hormones.
Let’s Put it this way, before i started Meditative Writing that has the Same effect of Fear-Free as Meditative Moving
(Free Dance) as a shut-in my Home for 66 Months with 19 Medical Disorders; My Psychiatrist who was an Air-Force
Major who specialized in Combat Fatigue among the Folks who went to the Desert to Fight, said i was His worst
case of Severe Anxiety he ever faced;
Now compare that to Public Dancing 12,866 Miles in 78 Months; i am Literally Fearless and Anxiety Free;
i simply Wired my Body to be that way and my Mind Followed in Balance too with Flow of Free Verse Poetry too;
Rare, do i have a thought unwanted; and when i do; Just a Few Moves the way i am wired through
Bio-Feedback of Moving Meditation and the Worry just melts away; as well as the associated
Negative Thoughts.
Science is Catching Up with the Eastern Philosophies/Arts of Moving Meditation to Gain Peace of Mind and Body ‘Soul’
In Balance; Other than ‘King David’ doing his Dance in the Public Square; Abrahamic Religions don’t address
Moving Meditation Much; in Fact, Historically at Least, Christianity in Mainstream way has approached it more
like the ‘Footloose’ Movie; something to Fear like Rock and Roll Music. Hopefully Religions will embrace it more too.
At core all Spirals; If the Planets could quit revolving around the Stars; they surely would fall.
It seems; more than ever; this applies to Humans too; who continue more to
Stagnate sitting and standing still; Both Literally and Metaphorically too;
Of course Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Positive affirmations Do Work;
But as the controversial Jordan Peterson speaking about Confident “Lobster Poses”
And the somewhat Controversial Amy Cuddy From Harvard and her Associated “Power Poses”;
Much of the Reality of our Life is influenced by our Visual Thinking and Non-Verbal Language
that is far removed from Word Think Alone.
Living without Fear is amazing;
On The Autism Spectrum; even when i was relatively very Happy in the Decades of Life i was;
i Struggled Severely with Anxiety that no one knew about but me, Within; Not having Any Fear
And Anxiety is worth every Dance Move i make and Every Word of Free Verse Poetry; all 7.8 Million of them too;
as again that is just another Method of Meditation in Flow; As sure, Words Will Spiral Like the Milky way in Form
of Essence True too. So, in conclusion, and on Topic Humanity does have it wrong; sitting still for long Periods
of the Day is Just Not ‘Natural’ and as Science Shows too; as Harmful, overall, to Health as a Pack of Cigarettes.
Happy Fearless People are more Open to a Loving Way of Life; at least those who are Biologically Capable of it;

As usual these Days in Florida; as the State Legislature is mulling
over not only making Daylight Savings Time Permanent but giving
Us the Eastern Time Zone Extra Hour in the Panhandle too; where
it will still be Daylight here at 6 PM for the Christmas Week and Winter
Solstice too; Considering i don’t have to get up and go to Work or School
in the Dark; i surely will not mind the Extra Daylight in the Evening at all.
And Yes; that Pentatonix Song, “Mary Did You Know” is amazing it is one
of Katrina’s Favorite Songs too; And Yeah, although i enjoy going to Church
to Sing and Haven’t Missed Catholic Church in 6 Years and 6 Months since
i started going back in 2013; i surely don’t agree with the Structure of suggesting
not going to Church is A Mortal Sin; as surely God Lives everywhere if Alpha thru
Omega is actually true with no Name Needed and even in vain past a Metaphor as
Broad as ‘i AM’; anyway, i Naturally have a ‘Judging Mind’; gets me in trouble some
days too, as well; but it is the Nature of me in Personality way; could have been
a Hall Monitor in School too; but haha; i was Thin and Weak; People probably
would have tried to beat me up; hehe, And Oh My Gosh the “Corona Virus
Cultural Globally As such Phenomenon” is surely Interesting to watch
unfold; i am just 3 Months away now from 60; the Cut-off-Date
‘they’ suggest to Stay Inside as Much as Possible and do not
Venture out into Crowds of People; haha that surely
will put a Hamper on my Public Dancing Hobby;

Been Saying Corona Corona and Trying a Fist Bump Or
Shoulder Bump; but People are just not too concerned about

85 Percent of the Folks here, overall by way of Fox News; that
it is as Rush Limbaugh Currently says not much more Problem than
the Common Cold; they are even attempting to Down Play it in Church;
as much as Possible too; just calling it a Fear now; neglecting the Science
of the Situation there too; but of course now it is the Disruption of Keeping the
unknown aspects of the Virus Contained soon in Keeping Adults and Children
inside that yes indeed is going to Cause Both Basic Subsistence and Economic
Turmoil; they just haven’t even been able to appropriately Measure the Extent
of the Spread with Testing yet; but that is coming in the Next Two Weeks and
Chances are the Misinformation so far is not going to make that Culture Shock
any better either once the Disruptions do come as expected, by Science at least;
but really, of course, it could be a whole lot worse; Nature has many ways of culling
Species when they Get out of Balance with Nature as Humans surely have definitively
Done now as Just Like Early Springs and Never Winters in Florida the Tip of the Iceberg

Again; People have their Sacred Cows; that contradict their exercise of Science as ‘the God of All Explanations’ when
it comes to ‘Healthy Skepticism’; But, Of course, if we rely on Science for all our Skeptical Assessments of what is
True or False in Life; we only get part of the Picture, of course, be-cause Humans are only capable of Observing
Part of Nature; with or without the Tools of Science that lend Credibility to Measuring Observable Parts of
Nature.
In other Words, Science is a Great Tool for Healthy Skepticism; but on the other hand if that’s all one relies on to
Assess what is True or False in Life; without Using a More ‘Right Brained’ Metaphor Approach of Life in Intuition
And Holistic Big Picture Thinking; they very likely may miss out on at least Half of their Human Potential.
Let’s Face it; Healthy Skepticism is Both Science and Art.
As in all Stuff Life; a Healthy Approach Makes Balance.

For Some Folks their ‘Scientific Authority’ comes Solely from ‘the Science Source’ Fox News; That is obviously
A Money Making venture into taking advantage of the Ignorance of the Masses who do not do use Critical Thinking
on their own.
Fox News Becomes their Sacred Cow; Not Really any different than the Caste System in India; and the Christian
Idea that God Will Be As Small as Only one Man in a story; and what you really have to look forward Most to in Life
is a ‘Dirt Nap’; and the reward after death; or the punishment too; THAT’s not Rational and that Makes No ‘Common
Sense’; Yet, someone who doesn’t believe in Pre-Cognition will not listen to a bit of conclusive Scientific Evidence
that Proves it incorrect by any Ration or Common Sense; no Different than Fox News; Their Sacred Cow Told them
So; so it must be ‘Gospel’ Truth.

of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in  hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017..  where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her

Press 1340 LBS at 20 Reps where i Estimate the Machine i am Using Here is about
40 Percent More Difficult than the Incline Leg Press Machine i am Using now as
1400 LBS Surely wouldn’t Be any problem and 1500 LBS isn’t out of the Question..:)
