to be taking Care of what turned into a Bacterial Infection of my Bronchial
Tubes.. oh Lord all that Roaring and Other Animal Grunting Noises i make when
Feeling oh so Robust came back to haunt me a bit early this morning as i got up and
Coughed so wildly i drew a bit of blood up.. so i moved back to Domesticated Animal coughing
Style and no more issue with that.. anyway it was a bit disconcerting waiting to see if the blood
would go away which it did fairly quickly
And then i went into a deep deep
Sleep and had a very very Vivid
And rather Disturbing Dream…
i worked at the Naval Air Station
Pensacola back in the early 2000’s
And Hurricane Ivan later destroyed all the
Buildings on the Gulf Side so all that was left
was a Gulf View and a Barren Parking Lot.. i actually
worked in the Administration Building for the Captain of the
Base as one of his many Assistants i was in charge of approving
Printing Jobs for the Station Oh God it was so F in Boring.. anyway
there is a Quarter Deck Office Where Historically Key Holders Bring
Security Keys back to a common point.. i had so many keys to return then
it was almost overwhelming.. the Dream was set at Night where Suddenly
the Evening Sky over the Gulf through the Big Plate Glass Windows Grew
Luminous Green and a Rocket close to the Southern Horizon was coming
overhead toward the North with my First thought oh Shit that’s the direction
Katrina is in our home now.. i wasn’t sure what kind of Rocket it was so i waited
for a noise and nothing Happened then in the Next Part of the Dream i was further
North in Downtown Pensacola and Another Rocket was Lobbing Above the Buildings
Surely coming Down Just a few Blocks North from where i was but still no noise of effect..
The Navy Escorted a Plane from the Middle East down to a rough landing on a Downtown
Road.. Obviously
We were at War
With someone
As there were Tanks
Lining the Roads and New
Types of Military Equipment i had
never seen before.. it was really scary
to think this is happening here not somewhere
else in armchair View of a TV Set as that is all the kind
of War i’ve seen since a small child just somewhere else..

the Largest Voting Demographic; According to Gallup all things considered the

A Biggest Issue is the Demographic of Age and Who Gets out to actually vote.
The Most Liberal Demographic in the United States by Age are Those under 30 and
The Most Conservative Demographic in the United States by Age are those over age 65.

the Most Emerald Green Waters of Gulf in the Entire Area… and Your
Picture Here reminds me of that place as the richest among the richest
of those with Material Goods and Building Abilities have covered the Beauty
with Palatial Estates to draw the most affluential Guests to Vacation from around
the World.. my Uncle who recently survived Heart Surgery is a resident of this place
nah.. not just a visitor from around the World
but a Man Who Sold Appliances
at Sears and Left when the
Company no longer
Cared for the
Employees as
they once
did so my Uncle
Sold Vacuum Cleaners Door-to-
Door Built Stores then Franchises
and somehow Built a Multi-Million Dollar
Home on this Bay in Truly what is Paradise on
Earth in Nature now Built Up With Palatial Estates of
Hotels to offer a piece of Nature’s Best to those who wander
in from the Rest of the World.. Smiles at least those who can afford it…

it was if a most Sublime and

in the Breeze but after i got home looking
at the Photo more closely what really struck
me was the Peace and Harmony of the Foggy Day
at the Beach.. the 3 Seagulls Standing in the Distance
By the Shore and the Lone Human Being who wasn’t really
Alone for That Person was Part of the Vast Nature yes the Face
of God Free in the Spirit Yes the Breath of the Wind as God’s Lungs
Fuel the Fire of Life in all of us.. and in this place of Nature Free
unscathed by Human Worries.. Our Souls Do Become Refreshed
with the Salt Breeze for in this place there are no Fears
no Stress Just Freedom of God’s Breath and
Feeling Sense of Fully Living
With Empathy Radiating
From Us For all that is
Nature as God’s Face
upon us as We Take Flight
of Freedom Again Wings Above

Smiles my FRiEnD still a bit of Bronchitis Left-over
on this 14th Day of Enduring the Flu.. but over 2 Hours of
work-out and over 4 Hours of Dance as that Mileage is already
rising now to 12,584 Miles since we Last spoke.. Strangest thing
but when i went to work-out even after Losing around 5 Pounds
through all the cold sweats of illness i felt stronger than i believe i
ever have.. i had to check the weights to make sure i wasn’t picking up
something lighter.. smiles and then i left in the rain and slipped a bit
off a step as i stepped on a root trying to avoid some of the rain
underneath a shelter feeling my Achilles Tendon strain a bit
again… but the discomfort didn’t last too long as i took
it easy but still finished 4 More Hours of Public Dance..
I felt the Flow in Full come back
ascending and transcending
all the difficulties of the
challenges of illness
in the Last 2 Weeks..
SMiLes i felt the real Magic
again Fully with no more stress
or fears as the Flu surely will put us in
a Grave if we are not careful to get well..
it is the Pneumonia that often brings folks down..
i feel really blessed that in all my Decades of Life that
i’ve spent 6 and a Half Years feelings and sensing Life this
Way and even better a Path Back through Illness when i lose my
way a bit.. truly a path back that so far is almost guaranteed to work
the Moving Meditation.. i wish People could understand that the benefit
is so much more than what some folks see as a waste of time that makes no
money
but
what
Price is there
to Put on Heaven
within none.. none..
as nothing will compare
to the Higher Force of God
Within Unleashed and Released
to feel and sense what most other Animals
find all on they own without speaking a word

Science Proves this Spiritual Realm Exists; and in Fact Meditation both
Still and Moving Meditation is a Real Fountain of Youth that Regenerates Gray Matter
in the Brain; Reduces Stress that is Fear; Generates Greater Empathy and Compassion for
all that is; and considering in 77 Months of practicing a Meditation of Free Verse Song in Poetry
with 7.7 Million Words of that; and 12,584 Miles of Public Dancing in Moving Meditation along with that since
the Age of 53; and 66 Months Prior to July, 19th, 2013, Living with a Synergy of 19 Life Threatening Disorders
as a shut-in in my Bedroom; including Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia; the worst assessed Pain Known to Humankind
from wake to sleep; that now yes, my Leg Strength pushing 60 Years-Old this June is three times Greater than when i was
22, Running 10K Races then; as yes, 1520 Pounds now is Three times more than 500 Pounds then; i just got over 2 Weeks
of the Flu; and my Strength still hasn’t gone anywhere but the same and more; Yes, by all Empirical Measure i found the
Real Fountain of Youth; Eastern Philosophies have understood this for Thousands of Years; and Science is now Just catching up as in a State of Flow with Just Small Amounts of Intermittent Meditation; Science assesses Creativity
400 to 500 Percent, in increases above ‘the control’ of ‘just the norm’.
The thing is; This Experience is Cross Cultural; Terms include Prana; Satori; Tao; Qi; Wu Wei; Ka, Ki, Chi, Kundalini
Rising as sure Yoga is slow and Moving Meditation too; every Hold; every Pose is a symphony of Muscle Fibers
Moving to attain and keep that pose; But in General the Bottom Line is Autotelic Flow as far as Science
Related Terms apply; as Transient Hypo-Frontality is the Organic Scientific Description of what happens
when we move out of the restriction of Neo-Cortical Control and Light the Rest of our Brain and Subconscious
Mind up through Body Whole bringing Greater Human Potential to the Center Focus of our ‘Light’ as Human beings;

at close to Minimum Wage for the Government until it got converted
to Federal Civil Service Later and the Wage Automatically Doubled
that was the Lucky part of the whole deal but i had to do the rest of

What i’ve come to find is as long as i am Engaged in the Flow of what
i am enjoying doing now that is the true meaning to me for Complete Success
and Happiness now.. really the only way it will be taken away is if i come to value
what i am doing now as less than any reward i see coming in the Future.. but of course
that takes work too; just not for money; for the Joy of Living now at best i see in moving, connecting
and co-creating ways; i must say this is being In Love with Life to me; and the thing is no one can take
it away as i generate the Happiness from Within; all i have to do is continue to do what i love to do;
but of course it is the
Seeking and finding
whatever that is that
may be difficult for the
average person to find;
and of course so many people
spend their Life doing what they really
can’t stand as their only reward is the pay
check from the Job they do; that is no life at all to me;
And People have asked me to get in Dance Contests before
in Public for money but i’ve always said no even to smaller contests
Just for fun as there is no competition for me but what i improve on now
Next at my own pace in increasing complexity in Flow away from Both
Boredom and Anxiety now.. but of course that is just the way i do it..

Science can’t even Reliably Measure and Replicate the Process of How Human Consciousness actually works.
i enjoy Science but it is only good at what it can and will reliably measure and replicate in terms of Existence, overall.
Overall, considering Consciousness is our existence; Art is much Better at describing Our Inner Universe than Science
ever will as it just doesn’t have a tool to reliably measure and replicate the Essence of our Existence; Yes, our
Conscious experience.
There are so many dimensions of Conscious Experience. There are so many Human Potentials left Untapped.
Some folks are color blind;
Some folks are mind blind;
Some folks cannot even read
Emotions into what eyes have to speak;
And Yet we try to put concrete shoes on all the potentials
of Life that NOT EVERY ONE experiences. Count me out; if i had listened
to what Science insisted my Future would be based on Averages i’d be DEAD;
THREE TIMES WEAKER; SO MUCH SLOWER; WITH JUST A GRINCH SIZED HEART.
THE SPIRITUAL REALM IS OUR CONSCIOUS REALITY.
It is diverse as every color of every flower; every reflection
of every grain of sand that either shimmers or stays dim.
i see ‘Dead People’ who are living without a fuller ‘spiritual realm’
most every where i go; they are missing parts now like Art of heART
and Art of smART; all they may left with is ‘s’ and ‘m’ of ‘he’; sort of like ‘Republican Politics’;
or in general, people who scam others for material gains; there is so much more of that now
that the opportunities present themselves online; ‘Good spirits’ are getting harder to find; that is what i seek.
Yep; there are plenty of Ghosts and Demons Wandering the Earth with UFO Souls as metaphor of course that
is as real as real gets in the Inner Universe of What We Experience and attempt to articulate with others.
The Flesh and Blood Spirit is as real as what we Exercise as our moving, connecting, co-creating potentials.
And every time i think of the ‘pathetic attempts’ to describe the Emotional and Sensory Experiences of life
in ‘that Old King James Version of a Bible’; i am reminded of the Round Table of Old White Angry Men at the
Hardee’s Breakfast Bar that exclude any Female input for their View of their Subjective World as it exists.
Haha; the Human condition Still wears diapers in what our potentials really are; i venture to sing most of those
diapers are still of the male variety as they fear what lurks inside; both Shadow and Flowers that Stand to Bloom
without fear.
Emotional/Sensory Realm Equals Spiritual Realm Equals the Subjective Experience of our Inner Experiences;
Some folks are incapable of actually feeling and sensing Love and freely giving and sharing Love at ALL.
So many kinds of disabilities; so much poverty of Human Flesh and Blood HeART, Spirit, and Soul; so many
that are not labeled at all. This is a much Bigger Issue than just Ghosts, Demons, and UFO’s; this is an existential
issue of Black Abyss thru Purgatory Shades of Grey to Feeling and Sensing Unlimited Colors beyond Rainbows of Heaven now; That Much Science can at least light up on a Brain scan to see there is a difference; a shallow view; never the less, different.

We Hallucinate Before; i will much rather Create Beyond Rainbow Colors of Heaven and

So, i for one; just do it.
i listened to so much naysaying about Human Emotions being mush and
all of what human limits were here based on Science; my results; my effective results now
are empirically measurable and irrefutable; no need to go over them again; at least not for me.
It’s the difference between living and Living in color as to whether or We Truly See, Be, and Do a Spiritual Realm that’s Real.

‘GodsUniVerseNovel3′ fully illustrated with around 300 Lovely Photos of
Navarre and Pensacola Beaches with many Sunsets and Seagulls Caught
in Flight.. Photos i took along the Way to add Beauty to what inspired me to write
all those words as i worked hard to be inspired by what did not particularly interest
me in many cases but the exercise was indeed beneficial in Learning how to find Colors
in almost any situation and environment in life as without a bit of Struggle one doesn’t break
through to a Greater Side of Beauty for Words are only Fumes of the Inner Joy that requires no
external substances to ingest
or things to own…

And in other News….
i surely don’t mind risk being ridiculed here for the Nature of the Spiritual Experiences
of my Life as that applies to even living at all. One CANNOT successfully ridicule someone
who has actually been to hell on Earth; it’s laughable to think it is possible at all. Nor will
anyone truly successfully take someone out of Heaven on Earth Below Sticks and Stones when
they Manufacture Heaven within For Real as even Science Shows that Autotelic Flow is no Fluke or Woo;
sure, “Wu Wei” in general, but no Woo.
Okay; two years into the Suicide Disease, Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia as Part of the 66-Month Journey
of that Human Physical Disease assessed as literally the Suicide Disease and a Pain worse than the real torture
of Crucifixion for those who think that so-called ‘Jesus’ had it rough; my Stint lasted from Wake to Sleep as a Shut-in
in my Bedroom For an Entirety of 66 Months along with 18 other Medical Disorders that one day just went away on
a Sunny Beach Afternoon; all the pain and numb just melted away; assessed as A REAL MEDICAL MIRACLE by
the professionals attending to me at that date; that’s nothing new; incurable disease goes into remission
and into the files of medically unexplained recoveries; there was no prognosis for recovery for me before
that day.
But that’s not the really strange part that literally likely saved my Life.
You see there is pain and there is PAIN THAT MOST PEOPLE CANNOT FATHOM THAT EVEN EXISTS;
Where a Migraine Headache is relative Heaven in Comparison or someone burning the Skin of Your Body with a Flame.
For me there was no choice but to put a Metal Chain Hidden in a Basket of a Bicycle in case the pain got so bad
there was no other choice but to end it all; i already attempted to Jump off a bridge at the beginning; at least
4 MG of Ativan was enough to put me to sleep after that for my only escape from Pain and Numb; so i survived
another 2 Years; picking a tree out on a named road far enough from Home where hopefully no one would ever
find me; feeding the Vultures giving my Life some ending Purpose; Just a Plan; Just in Case it all got even worse.
Then that Night my Wife and Her Dream; as she woke and said that was so strange it was Spring of 2010 and
she said she was Hanging Christmas Tree Ornaments with Her deceased Grandmother Naming the Road that
she Never mentioned before that i had picked out that day.
i had lost all Hope in Life; but that surely proved to me at least that there was more to life than i was
Perceiving then to be fully possible and true; It was enough to carry me through the Full 66 Months until
i recovered as the 33 Month Tail-end of that was Spent on this Website starting Thanks Giving Day of
2010; my first ability in 33 Months to even effectively use my eyes for any reading at all to tolerate
a Mountain of Pain for every word i read/wrote here; just two inches from a screen on the dimmest
setting as prescription shades only made the pain that much worse; i still could not tolerate any noise at all.
There was never a second i could be totally sure i would make it to the next second of existence;
and indeed that Chain Still stayed in that Bicycle Basket although plans of ending it all never came again
through all that pain and numb.
I for one have 100 Percent proof enough for myself that a Force Much Greater than what we see that
is meaningful as Mind of all that is exists; that guides me now intuitively in Autotelic Flow i for one Generate
and Co-Create as my existence now; i didn’t learn to do anything of what i do out of books or instructions;
3 College Degrees and 33 Years of pay for work prepared me for nothing of what it would take to survive and
heal then; it all came intuitively from Within; fortunate was i to have a Wife who is capable of connecting to more
than what she has read in book or by instruction too; Her Mind is free not weighted down by the expectations of
a Society that is so confining; no different than mine now; We are Free; our Human Potentials are expanded
for we are
not weighted
down by what
is spoon-fed now from Birth;
Mechanical Cognition Limits Social
Empathic Mind Including what one
may Describe as the Spiritual Realm of
Life too including Original Art in Creativity
too; Our Innate, Instinctual, and Intuitive Greater Potentials too;
When one Limits their Existence to the Realm of Mechanical Cognition
Reasoning mind they shut down so much of their Human Potential that is
both Magic
and Miracle
in comparison
of all the Colors of
Life that are experienced now;
you see i am coming from Flow now;
i don’t need to research a damn thing as
i go; for this Mind Within is beyond infinity as it connects to all;
sure; those are all metaphors for something so much deeper that words will ever convey now;
Sad for anyone now who misses out on greater Human Potentials failing to at least attempt to seek and find them now;
it’s Like Living in Paradise compared to a Desert with just Sand and No Water at all; been there done it ain’t going back…
Yep; a Dentist Drill Pain in Your Right Eye and Ear that No Drug Will touch is kinda Rough;
What Led to the Trip to the Bridge was the Dysautonomia that no longer allowed my
Autonomic Nervous System to Properly Synch my Blood Pressure with my Heart
Rate; None of this was diagnosed until 2 Years or so later than the start of
2008; the Sjogren’s Syndrome with eyes no longer making tears was
additionally challenging but every time i tried to lay down and
go to sleep to escape the pain my Heart Raced to take
Blood to my Brain; an Alpha Blocker provided one
Hour of very Cardboard Shallow Sleep for
the first 35 of 40 days; and the last
5 days of 40 nothing worked
anymore and somehow
i managed the strength as
i couldn’t make it to the shower
on my own to grab the Car Keys to
find a place to end it all a Bridge but i was
too weak to get out of the Car; my Sister Miraculously
Found me at the Bottom of the Bridge took me and i struggled
to find a way to escape and jump off the Shallow end of a River Board
Walk; then she drove over 80 MPH on a Country road threatening to kill
us both as she had Asperger’s Syndrome too and it’s kinda hard to find a
friend outside of family and living without a brother was too much for her to bear.
i said no and eventually agreed to go to the Hospital and the Ativan Put me down and saved
my life; sure for what that was worth through the full 66 Months of the Pain; it started two Years
before that too with the Sjogren’s Syndrome as it affected the Nerves of my Feet then too as we Watched
the Movie “Happy Feet” then in 2006 and i couldn’t even bear to touch the Floor with
my Shoes on; so many years to get that diagnosed; the first sign of the Eye Pain was
i couldn’t stand Colors on TV and then all i could stand is black and white TV; all of this
Related to 11 years of Chronic Stress from 1996 to 2007 before the worst
of the Pain came in January of 2008; last two Years spent in fight or
flight Adrenaline constant stress; all work related all those years;
but it was all worth it for i escaped all of the Spoon-Fed real
Mush of Culture that was holding all of my Human Potential
Back; Pain and Numb; Disease and Disorder will
a be a Gift too; it’s just Hard to see when
you are living in Hell on Earth now;
Heaven makes the rest of
the deal more than
worth it
Eternally now.

Let’s Start with a Brief Overview from Wiki as Mutually Understood by a Globe-Wide Group of Thinkers regarding ‘What
is Intuition?’

My Definition:
Intuition is Wholistic Intelligence That comes Best in the Freedom of Transient Hypo-Frontality (Flow) Providing
Greater Access to the Subconscious Mind as the Entire Brain becomes greater Lit-up in Flow taking us out of the
more Restrictive Areas of Mechanical Cognition otherwise known as Neo-Cortical Control.
Intuition takes advantage of the Whole Mind; whereas Reasoning alone, is much more restricting than what
Allows us to access so much more of our Subconscious Mind; the Sum of all our Experiences and Learning
plus what the Evolutionary History of our Species Brings to the Grander Table of Mind and Body Balance
Expanding; most definitely at greater advantage in Flow.
Generally Speaking, Eastern Philosophies ‘see’ Intuition as core to the Spiritual Realm of expanding Human
Potential that is generally speaking described as Flow too; in terms like Tao, and Wu-Wei, and Satori and
Even Yoga and Kundalini rising; so many other Metaphors for generally speaking the same destination
of Human Greater Potential in Flow Do Arise as what these Philosophies Describe as the pinnacle of
Human Evolution in just one lifetime far beyond just Instinct, and ‘normal Cognition of Mechanical Cognition
in reasoning; of course it makes total sense as our Conscious Mind that We Direct With Reasoning of Thinking
With Intent is a very small part of the Entire Human Mind and Body in Balance including all of what is Subconscious
And Accumulated as Experience, and Learning, and Instinct both in our Lifetime and across our Genetic Evolution too.
If one wants to increase one’s ability to expand one’s Abilities to leap ‘normal logic’ with Intuition, one will spend a
Lifetime of Free Associating Experience and Learning opening up as many New Potentials as Possible; Specialization
may result in a Human Being who has most of his and or her Potential in the Intuition of playing Video Games as
A common restricted activity of Life, and an example many folks will relate to at least.
It’s not surprising How Much Wisdom is associated with Intuition as that surely comes with Experience
And either a Colorful Life of New Opportunities for expanding Human Potential with the Intuition that Naturally
comes increasingly with that; or a rather drab ‘black and white’ life of specialization that just doesn’t bring much
Real Magic of Original Creativity at all.
Getting Stuck in a rut; whatever the rut may be is a best way to Limit the Human Potential that Intuition does
Bring in the Fruits of Creativity and Productivity too.
Additionally, here i will say that this is Where Originally Creative Free Verse Poetry comes
from as it is an articulated written expression of Wisdom that comes with Experience and
Learning and The Grander Table of the Evolutionary History of our Species too; and a
Key once again is Finding Flow to Light up the Rest of the Mind as

Both Pro-Social and Con-Social Emotions are Integral to the Survival of the Human ‘Organism’.
When one is abused, Anger that Evolves into Hate serves as Motivation to get into a Safe Environment.
Envy will surely serve as Motivation for someone to get off their Butt and do something; while those
who are; are thriving.
There is Jealousy that is founded and unfounded; Jealousy that is founded may Point to Personality
Disorders of others; i.e. Someone Who Love Bombs everyone to fill an empty void that is never
filled; perhaps from Childhood Neglect or Abuse; finding out someone does not have the ability to be sincere; moving on.
“Chopping off the Finger of a Sibling Just for fun” is the stuff of Horror movies; and psychopathic STRONG tendencies at least; ‘Nightmare on Elm Street’ Intensity to have a Biological Parent like that. Back to Anger and Hate; ‘get the Hell away
from that to save yourself and Help everyone else’; as the fact is some folks are born that way without a conscience;
very rare; but real in about One percent of the Population; Usually the only solution for that is long term imprisonment (life long) sad; but part of the Human Condition too; Sympathy, no; but whose fault is it? really; when Innate and Born
that way; Room For Compassion; perhaps if you are really ‘Jesus’.
My Father just wasn’t emotionally Available for us; silent; neglect, yes; Just His Personality too;
Sad too; both my Sister and i have Asperger’s Syndrome and it surely did not come from my Mothers side;
but he never chopped his Sibling’s Finger off; so i do have reason to feel blessed in that way; and besides
as predictable, he left when i was age 3; and went on his Merry way in search of the American Dream of Green;
His only real aim in Life; other than Collecting Guns; and New Cars every three years; spending ~500 Dollars each week
on Lottery Tickets through 11 Years of Retirement from Law Enforcement for 46 Years; sure, a Hero in that way too;
for the lives he positively effected.
Usually there is Positive and Negative in everyone; Pro and Con-Social Emotions both have purposes for basic
Human Survival and for thriving; but true, there are those who just don’t have many to any redeeming Qualities;
The ‘Ted Bundys’ of Life. Again, in the game of Compassion; pretty much a role for a real ‘Jesus’ to forgive a Brother
who would Chop his Sister’s Finger off, just for fun.
Now that You have finally escaped what you needed to escape; left-over feelings of Hostility and Resentment are
surely normal; sure, even Hate too; experience the emotions and when you are ready, at best; let them go; and move
on to more Green Pastures of Pro-Social Emotions; True, Pro-Social Emotions include Shame And Regret; the
Fact that you are searching Your Conscience Proves you have one and are surely one up on your ‘Old Man’;
i feel like you should be proud of that; i believe you will overcome this and succeed with Your Family;
simply ’cause you have a conscience; without that; there is rarely a solution that works in the long term..:)
i’m Glad my Father Left at Age 3; it left me without a Father Figure; where it took me a long time to become
as Fearless as He was all through the Law-Enforcement Career and Retirement, i saw of him; Never any Fear.
i started off with a Foundation of Love from an Unconditionally Loving Mother; i can safely say; it’s not likely
i would even be alive now; without that Level of Unconditional Love; that is the Gift that will Literally Last
Lifetimes; for that is the Gift that Spreads most to others; and yes, best when it becomes fearless too;
Fearless without Love is Practically Dead as Life.
Love without Fearless, becomes too afraid to Spread and/or Suffocates in its tracks.
I’ve experienced both paths in Life for Real; the Illness of Pain brought me Fearless without Love;
After the Pain Went Away; i Left the Fear Behind as the Love (the Feeling/Light) Came Back stronger than ever before.
The Other place of Fearless and Love is practically Heaven to give and share free.
The Stronger one is, in Love without the Fear; the More one overcomes and thrives..:)

Build a Human Mountain of Love Within.. one thing for sure is no Love Bombing Required

of 2008.. Forty days with almost
no sleep and 19 Medical Disorders of which
the worst was Type Two Trigeminal Neuralgia
like Dentist Drill Pain without Novocaine.. except
for in my case it was in my right ear and eye as that Hell
on Earth lasted from wake to sleep for 66 Months and sure
i did get 1 hour of very cardboard shallow sleep to slow my
Heart down from Dysautonomia with an Alpha Blocker to do that
at least but even that tragic and somewhat dark ‘comic’ relief was only
Good for 1 hour of sleep each night for the first 35 of 40 days for the
last 5 days.. nothing worked at all.. until i finally gave in and went to the Hospital….
i didn’t wanna go and that Ignorance was almost the end of me then.. Doctors don’t
bother me anymore
in fact.. i get to teach them
a thing or two about living
in Heaven now.. the Price of
Hell for 66 Months to get here
but worth every second that felt
like a thousand years where all was
time then and now time doesn’t even
exist for me.. as that’s real reality anyway now
in Heaven at least away from time.. time.. in  hell….
And every SHade of Purgatory Greys.. in ‘those’ places too..
Oh yeah.. also in Honor of my Mother Passing away last February
22nd.. 2017..  where her ending Lent was 8 days starting on Valentine’s Day in a death bed surviving as long as she could with no food or drink.. with some morphine to pass ‘the time’.. But True.. with Stage Four Cancer undiagnosed from toe to head she lived her

From 33 to 52 Reps Now Depending on any Minor Injuries that occur on the
Continuing Mountain of Public Dance but sure Over 2000 Selfies with
Ear to Ear Smiles of Dancing Joy is Documented in some of the links
Above too.. as Dance Brings Joy and You’d be Surprised or not at the
Dudes who are Disbelievers in either the Joy of Dance Smiles or the
Strength it Brings until i show the Photos and Videos on my Smart
Phone of the Beautiful Women Smiling with me as Yes.. i Do Get
around and although no one i’ve seen Has come ANYWHERE NoW
Close to Leg Pressing that much weight at the Military Gym i work out
at.. not even an inch to Budge it.. you’d also be Surprised or not how many
Folks with ‘Little Man’ Syndrome have attempted online  to complain that i don’t
Bring my Knees to my Chest for the Simple Fact that i will Keep my Knees working hehe..
And as of The First Week of February 2019 This Much more Difficult Leg Press Machine
Was Removed as i moved on over to the Incline Leg Press Machine and Now Easily Leg
Press 1340 LBS at 20 Reps where i Estimate the Machine i am Using Here is about
40 Percent More Difficult than the Incline Leg Press Machine i am Using now as
1400 LBS Surely wouldn’t Be any problem and 1500 LBS isn’t out of the Question..:)
i am Leg Pressing 1520 LBS now on an Incline Leg Press as Machine of 2.22.2019
but nah.. Now considering i was doing 1020 LBS on
A Parallel Leg Press Machine Close to the Beginning of
The February Month That Attests More to the Difficulty
of Leg Pressing Closer to Dead Weight Straight Forward
as Opposed to the Mechanical
Advantage that an Incline
Leg Press Machine
Naturally Brings
Over the Other
More Difficult
Leg Press Machine
So the ‘Hodge Brothers’

It takes as Bit of Leg Strength
to move a Modern Size
Leprechaun all those
Miles of Dance and
Oh Lord i realize i didn’t
Pull it all the way to my Chest
but i invite anyone around Here
at Least who is not taking Anabolic
Steroids to Budge it one inch one time
as yeah i did keep it moving for a 100 Seconds
at least hehe.. and true i did do 1520 LBS 8 Reps on
February 22nd.. 2019 that was the Second Anniversary
of my Mother’s Death but today i didn’t have Lunch Yet
After Church.. so i wasn’t taking any Chances on injuring
myself when i was not Properly fueled up to get the Heavier
weight done.. anyway.. Keeping it moving for a 100 seconds
isn’t exactly a Light Weight thing to do with smiles of Saint
Patrick’s
Day
Antics
